When buying a house, having an inspection on a house is very important. For most homes with previous owner, people consider to go with inspection without hesitation, but what about a newly built home?
I learned my lesson the hard way.
For a new construction home, you still need to have an inspection. You will be surprised by what an inspector finds from a freshly built home. Please shop around and find whoever works best for you. You could ask for recommendation from your realtor. Realtors usually have a list of inspectors and other coordinates.
